Menopause win

Excellent vest. I used it this morning for the first time and could really tell it made a huge difference in my work-out. Also great to just wear on your usual walk to add resistance training to your cardio. I know this makes a huge difference for bone-density and is well worth it. Vest is comfy and fits really well.
