This seat is great for my son who had a spinal reconstruction surgery 2 years ago. It helps him sit up straight. I tried it myself and it works wonders for your back. I'd also recommend it to those that are seated for long hours... Your back will thank you😉

Average & Overrated
Not as super comfortable and effective as expected. It does help alleviate some pain and discomfort but does not reduce it completely, for me personally. Would have preferred a bit bigger size. Nevertheless, much better than nothing for sure!
