I opted for 2 bags of Kikuyu seed. First impressions, the packaging bag was well sealed, no grass seeds spilled. Each grass seed was also fertilizer coated, which helped the seed to germinate quickly. Currently, 22 days after sowing, I am very pleased with the germination rate, grass is about 5cm long with watering x2 daily. It's very important to prepare your soil first, lots of compost, Agricultural Lime-Dolomitic and set up irrigation if needed to make the process much easier. The seed also needs to make contact with the soil, I used a bag of braai wood and dragged it over the lawn, the seeds were perfectly incorporated into the soil without renting an expensive "grass roller". I would recommend this seller, the seeds are worth every cent!
