Excellent quality, check your stem fit though!

Ordered these as replacements for the standard typist chair plastic castors, which were on their last legs. The quality of these castors seems excellent and they look durable enough - quite heavy and solid as they're made of metal. I seemed to have missed the included product photo showing the castor stem size of 11mm, apparently being the standard sizing these days. Unfortunately, my older typist chair, which is from around 2012, seems to have 10mm stem holes in the base - not a problem though, simply drilled out the existing 10mm stem holes to an 11mm stem hole and these T4U castor stems fitted in perfectly - they hold enough so as not to fall out either. After rolling around the lounge, dining room and kitchen for a few minutes (kid at heart!), I can see that they are not only easy on any surface, but also seem to give a bit more comfort to the old chair itself. It does raise the chair height slightly by a few centimeters, but I quickly got used to this. A great buy (or upgrade), but please check your bases stem size first if purchasing.

Wish I had bought it earlier. Fits my office chair well, makes no noise while gliding over the vinyl floor, leaving no marks or scratches. Satisfied.

I can't express how much I'm proud of myself for buying these. No more struggling with adjusting my chair. They literally work well on all types of floors.... even on my fluffy carpet 😁😁
