Locks you in properly
Properly locks you in to the bar/machine, really allowing you to work your back without grip being a limiting factor at all. Allowed me to work my back properly without feeling my forearms fatigue at all Not finicky like traditional straps and quick to use. Just know that you can’t bail out as you’re locked in so don’t use for Olympic weightlifting movements like snatches or clean and jerks that you may need to drop the weight during to bail out.
