I recently switched to the Stallion MIG Wire Fluxcore (0.9mm x 1kg) pack, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This wire performs far better than many other flux-core brands I’ve used — it feeds smoothly, produces a steady arc, and delivers clean, strong welds with minimal spatter. The 0.9mm size is perfect for general fabrication, automotive work, and light to medium steel projects. It burns consistently and maintains a nice bead profile even on slightly dirty or rusty metal — no need for shielding gas, which makes it ideal for outdoor or portable welding jobs. Each 1kg spool is neatly wound and fits perfectly on my MIG machine. The twin-pack is great value for money — I get plenty of welding time before needing to restock.
