I've had this watch for 2 weeks, and it scores well above what my expectations were for this purchase. Colour: the colour is gorgeous and true to the advert. Strap: the metal strap did start scratching on the corners of the clip not the actual weave metal but where the magnet is from working on the computer every day but wear and tear is to be expected but really nice for up styling it. The silicone strap is comfortable and easily interchangeable. Battery life: I have only charged it when I received it and it still has 16% left on the battery (2 week battery life is amazing!! ) Features: from what I can tell it tracks my steps, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level and sleep accurately. The display can be customised with different options which are downloadable on your phone. NB You need to set your step length in the settings when you set it up, otherwise you will be doing either too many steps or too little. The one thing I also love is that I am able to find my phone with the "Find phone" option as I always seem to lose it somewhere around the house, you are also able to find your watch from your phone if you have misplaced it. Customer care: you get an email that you can contact should you have any questions or experience any issues and they are responsive within 24 hours. Overall: this device is probably priced far too low for all the features, I have bought one for my mom as well and she loves it just as much as I love it. Unfortunately there is no plastic cover to cover the entire face, but I managed to find a screenguard that covers the main face up until the curve of the watch starts with about 4mm left around the edges - I recommend you look at the below product or something similar. Great choice - Brilliant battery life

I could not be happier with the watch! It has a lot of functionality (particularly when it comes to recording different types of exercise), and the battery life is phenomenal. I received it one week ago today, charged it fully, and immediately started using it, and the battery is currently at 68%! We love it so much that I've purchased an extra one for my husband!

Love this watch

Watch works well and looks lovely, very happy, the strap that it comes with does hook on the sleeve sometimes, but it does have another type of strap in the box if you don't like that one
