Horrible experience
Machine has leaked from the beginning, sent it in they replaced the parts. Sounded like a bomb was going off in my kitchen. It stopped leaking but now it doesn’t work and gets stuck if the machine is off for a few hours. It only works if I descale it and that takes like 30mins and allot of descaling sachets. I’ve sent videos to Nespresso and it’s been sent in 4 times, they say they can’t find a fault so i am stuck with a machine that doesn’t work unless I descale it every time. Would not recommend

efficient machine
makes good coffee however does have some techno glitches, will sometimes need to be reset by removing the plug and restarting
