Disappointed
I have used this product for more than 20 years, but unfortunately they have changed to a new formulation, than leaves my skin dry and tight. So disappointed.

TERRIBLE NEW FORMULA
Why did Nivea change the formula? It burns my very sensitive skin and dries it out so much that I have to put Vaseline on my face afterwards! The normal formula have been my favourite night cream for 25 years. I ordered a few pot of the vegan formula and just threw it in the bin! It is awful! I want my old formula back!

New changed formula
I've been using Nivea Soft for almost 20 years. I had a few tubs stocked up, which lasted me until recently. I purchased this new tub, not realising that the formula had changed a while back. The new version of this product is nothing like it used to be. When I use this on my face now, it burns instead of soothes, like it used to. The smell is also very strong and somewhat chemical. I won't be buying this ever again
