Little disappointed
Very good-looking machine. Only thing I wish I knew before I bought, was a normal sized plate is too big (high) in the machine. If you put the plates straight up, the water blade can't spin... the plates are in the way. Small plates - No problem, but not a big plate. I have tried to move the basket, but can't do that either. I now end up washing plates in the sink....... If I knew, I would have chosen a different brand, but all my appliances are Samsung, and really thought this one will be perfect. Other than the plates not fitting, really washes and dry well.

Terrible service
Bought on 15 November and never worked once. Service is horrendous from both vendor Makro and brand Samsung. Quick to sell very slow to replace faulty product.
