I'm disappointed üòû
The plates are Not hot, they take hours to cook just pap, worst part on Max. Only Max button is useful. I cook until I lose interest .......................... ....................................................................................... I am not happy . .......

Poor product, poor serives, unclear return policy
I am disappointed with the product. Bought this In December. End January and beginning Feb, the plates when not turning off even when thy are switched off. Now the stove is causing power to trip. I have contact the store to have this sorted out by either replacing repairing only to be told I have to come with the unit to the store
