Update 2 months later; they now fit very comfortably, so just needed some time to settle. Changing review to 5* For 3 years I've been using the same brand, but a different model. I teach online and need clear audio. Due to wear and tear, I begrudgingly had to replace my old one and chose this model. The mic picks up very loud background sounds, (crumpling paper, the dog walking on the wooden floor) but not consistent drones like inverters and fans. It gives clear audio of your voice. The speakers are great, with excellent volume range. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because the ear cups aren't as comfortable as the previous pair, but not so much that they're uncomfortable. The headband is also a bit more plasticky than the last one, so it needs care to avoid breakage. This headset might not work on large heads, though, it'll probably squeeze a bit.
