I purchased one of these way back in 2019 - I can confirm it is still working 100% with the original battery. I did this as a DIY to replace a Centurion motor, this will not disappoint, gemini provides excellent customer service. They even helped me on whatsapp hooking the old motors receiver up to enable me to use the centurion remotes on it. Great product over 3 Years old, and survived all the way through this load shedding, easy to install, no limit switches or magnets nothing it learns the track itself and remembers it. Builders has the best price, go right ahead and buy one.

Excellent quality

I bought this a month ago and must say it's the easiest DIY installation I've ever done on a gate motor. The instructions is clear and don't need to scroll through endless list just to set up your remotes like the other manufacturers. In fact the remotes supplied was already setup and adding additional remotes is set quickly without scrolling through endless menus and auto close function is just as easily done . The learning gate position was just as easily. What impressed me was since I stay close to a river it has a bronze gear drive instead of the other manufacturers using weak plastic or metal that can rust gears and the fact that if I ever have to get parts it's easily to order online by Gemini now try getting parts by the other manufacturers as they deal only with their accredited sellers/repairers that charge you a arm and a leg and could just as well bought a new one. Some of my customers have so many old gate motor's I'm now thinking about repairing them and use Gemini parts as some parts are the same as oter manufacturers
