Do not buy, very bad quality

Please do not ever buy this piece of crap. The only reason this gets one star is because I cannot rate it zero stars. The first one I bought was defective out of the box, that little back support piece was loose in the box and you cannot put it back in place, that has to be mounted during manufacture, so I had to return to my local Makro branch to get it swapped out for another one. The replacement did not last long before it would not maintain its set height and would start sagging lower and lower as you sat in it, sometimes slowly, sometimes it would drop right down. I gave it in at Makro for warranty repairs, and got it back after two weeks, in which time I had to use one of my dining table chairs in my office. Got it back and for a while it was okay, and then started that same problem again. This time I'm not going to bother to even return it for a warranty repair, even though it is still within the year warranty period. I would much rather look for a replacement and throw this piece of crap on the garbage dump, where it belongs.

Worst office chair, it's a torture chair.

I bought two a couple of months ago. Biggest waste of money. One has been repaired and the second is going in for repairs. Cuts into you back and cause extreme back and neck pain. One star is an overrating. Makro should not be selling junk like this!!

Waste of money

Bought the chair 6 months ago and the base already broke where the steel pipe goes up into the seat. Don't buy its a serious waste of money.
