Great for the price.Does exactly what it needs to.
We upgraded to this after having a normal flat tray. The lid and step helps keep most of the litter inside while out cat is scratching. The enclosed canopy does also help a bit with the smell. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

A bit flimsy. But definitely does the job. My kitten makes a lot less mess and is more comfortable now that he has his privacy.

Not recommended for large cats
The description says for large cats but I would only recommend it for small and medium size cats. With the flap in place my large cat had very little space to manoeuvre inside to allow the flap to go back down so initially she just let the flap sit on her back and I was forced to completely remove it. Even with the flap removed there is not much space for a large cat to turn around inside and I may just remove the top cover which defeats the object of this product.
