Faulty product

My daughter loves her tablet however the first one I had to return it due to sound. It was replaced now the second one switch off and on button is loose. Don't know if we are being sold defects.

disappointed

This was a total waste of money, this thing doesn't even last 3hours, we can't even set up any email address to long in to play store, it keeps switching off and on while my child is using it and makes weird sounds before it switches off😡😡 it's not even 24hours
