Testes several scenarios - doesn't work (rates zero stars, really)
The pattern seems very clear: I tried two Sat receivers and one laptop as senders as well as three different TVs as receivers. I also tried a selection of USB power sources, including the ports on the devices and separate "chargers" and a power bank.In all cases the TX unit did not stop flashing its light - even after hours - and consequently there was no signal on the receiving end. Somewhat inconveniently the laptop recognized the additional "monitor" and wanted to start using it, displaying stuff on a non-existent device ... (Windows in all its cleverness ...) Aside from the fact that is doesn't work, it looks like a nice package with a carrying case and a few adapters for different HDMI plugs. The next step now is to work out how to effect a return - to the manufacturer; Takealot won't touch it ...

Terrible Quality
I was really excited to use to transmit from my computer in the study to the lounge ,It really sucked.Every 10 to 15 min blue screen because of poor WiFi.Distsnce isn't even 6M
