I found this CBD oil very helpful for getting a good nights sleep - and much cheaper than in the health food shops.

Sleeping better

I initially bought this for my aches and pains, but its certainly helping me sleep better at night. And I am not so anxious anymore. Time will tell if the oil helps with my aches and pains.
