After i did my purchase, Takelot said it would only arrive after 20 days or so. I got it in less than a week. The product itself is precisely what I was looking for, a walkie that was small, worked on local channels, licence free, signal was good, and very clear. But most of all you can use headphones and a mic. It doesn't work with Motorola's one pin headset but it got 2 pairs with. It can use normal AAA batteries, so power isn't a major issue if the included batteries fail
