Poor packaging
I ordered this item as a gift. On arrival I opened the takealot box, only to find the Oral-B box was battered and bruised .... certainly not a new look and feel. I requested a replacement, and guess what, the second one was just as bad. This is not a takelot delivery issue, but a poor product offering. I paiud for a new item ... I expect to receive a new item, not something that looks like it has fallen off 20 trucks
