the taste is fine . no after taste. also, no side effects were noted. has reduced sugar consumption but not weight...

You want to lose weight or belly fat? I do recommend xylitol sweetner. Yes it can be laxative if you take much of it but if you've found preferred dosage you'll see your health get better
