Horrible product
Purchased this product on the 25.02.23, after using it once! it made smoke and returned it on 04.04.23, Trimtech quoted us for repairs even though it has 1 year warranty with the excuse of guard was not used! Whole lot of crap, the box doesn't even mention a guard and if the black thing is supposed to be the guard it comes with did grass magically appear on it? As it was "not used" according to trimtech, after back and forth queries as to why we are being charged they had the audacity to send it back un repaired with no answers. Not able to complain to trimtech directly as the only thing popping up is hellopeter "not surprised at all", so game I purchased this from your store and I would like to know the steps further regarding this. I look forward to hearing from you. As for the kind lady Sharon thank you for keeping us in the loop with responses from trimtech, your effort and time has not gone unnoticed üåüüåüüåüüåüüåü for your service.
