Utterly Disappointed
Rubbish, this thing. The parts that come with the machine out of the box are flimsy - with the result that you will need to take it back... but Builders will take it to one of Ryobi's service agents to determine if the warranty applies. They will then tell you that you misused the machine and must pay for repairs costing more than the machine itself. Things to note before you buy: 1. The clutch assembly isn't securely fastened to the pole. Compare with spare parts online - those have three pins while the machine comes with ONE. 2. The blade isn't particularly sharp. You'll waste petrol going over a particular patch. Invest in a Makita or Husqvarna instead.
