This is always a welcome meal during Winter. The cut lends itself to several different recipes, plain roast with crackling, Chinese style with Soya and honey or whatever suits you. It is important to salt the night before and dry thoroughly before cooking to get the best crackling.

Excellent Product
The Pork Belly was easy to cook. Came out scrumptious with the crackling skin. Meat was soft and tender. Great with Ww pink lady apples sauce. A great buy!!
