Oh wow! You don’t eat pork? More for me. 😋. I’m a one year carnivore, I’m trying to go into eating only ruminant animals, like beef and lamb, but I just love pork so much despite the histamines.

I absolutely love this cut of meat. It’s cheap, yes there's not any fat to speak of on it and fat is flavour. But on the carnivore diet this is my kind of food. Just add salt, lots of salt, especially on carnivore.
