Maybe too soon to rate...
I almost lost my teeth when I stepped onto this treadmill. Normal strides on this treadmill will have you running within 2 seconds and the speed is way to fast if you are a beginner like me. I had to make my strides much smaller and faster to get the exercise in as planned and also to feel in control. The handles do not fit properly and thus makes the machine a bit "unsafe" to use for someone like me that needs to hold onto the handles. Think I will give it a 4 or even a 5 star once I get the hang of it and become more fit ☺

angry fit treadmill
this is the best treadmill. the work out is fantastic as it uses your own body weight. stops dead when you do so no fear of falling flat on your face.
