The best whipping cream
I always use this whipping cream for desserts because it whips up quickly (as long as it's been refrigerated) and firms a nice stable foam that doesn't weep or turn buttery after being in the fridge for a couple of days. I also use it for sauces like peppercorn sauce for steak because it results in a really nice consistency ( you don't need to add cornstarch or any other thickening agent ) and for potato and zucchini bakes. What makes it even more appealing is that I can keep extras on the shelf until needed so I never have to get caught without.
