Does not accommodate big plates

Great wash but it only accommodates small sized plates which is not ideal ? seems there was a design flaw which is quite unfortunate for such a good machine ……………………………………………………….::::::::::::::::::……………….:.::::::::::::………………..::::::::::::………………………………:::::::.

Defy dishwasher

Great Product, quick delivery. Top cover of the dishwasher was a bit damaged , quick fix was to re-glue one of the connected brackets. Makro, You must decrease the number of mandatory characters otherwise the reviews will not be great. Bad After-sales technical service.

I bought DDW257 model on 11/23. Worked well until now. Water doesnt pump out. Water leaks all over our kitchen floor. Defy Boksburg (AS Electronics) were here twice and cannot fix it. Shopping now for a different brand. Throwing this one out. Never again. Technicians are not trained and they dont answer their phones. Bye Defy!!
