Love this collagen product! Reason I chose The Harvest Table: the brand’s story and development of the collagen/natural product range. Can say it helps with recovery, (joints/nails/hair etc,) in a slow, steady and sustainable manner. I take 1 table spoon, once or twice a day, and I skip taking the product for an entire day at least once or twice in a week.
