I can really experience the difference in my hair, skin, nails and joints when using Harvest Table collagen granules. The granules are more expensive than the powder form but they dissolve easily in my coffee and there is no smell and weird aftertaste. It’s very similar to adding a light coffee creamer. I generally swap between the bovine and multi collagen granules - both work great. But as with anything, consistent use is key. You cant use this within a few days or weeks and then assume that the product does not work. I highly recommend!
