This was a gift so unfortunately have no idea of the qualityreceived. However placing order as a gift to another address - was most cumbersome!

Not built to last
I'm no botanist, however when repotting my orchid I noticed the following: The orchid roots were squashed inside a tiny plastic cup filled with stones and mulch which would explain why some roots were already rotting. Outside the tiny plastic cup and contained inside an appropriately sized plastic planter, there were more stones and mulch. The planter was housed in the decorative cardboard holder. We completely repotted the flower and snipped off the rotting roots. If someone did not repot the flower it would die and be unable to reflower. Needs to be planted and potted to last - before purchase
