Not suitable for plants/ potting mixes
I use Malmesbury sand for making up various potting / seedling mixes. The combination of coarse sand with some fines makes Malmesbury river sand a premium product. However the 25 bags of sand delivered to me was slightly greyish in colour, less coarse than usual, and not suitable for planting.
