POOR PRODUCT - TERRIBLE RETURNS PROCESS
Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this product. The drum rattles when spinning and water leaking out from the bottom. Machine was installed properly, levelled and transport bolts removed prior to testing. The returns process has been laborious, unpleasant and frustrating to say the least. Quite possible I got the runt of the litter compared to other reviews.

Awesome washing machine
Great washing machine. I am extremely happy with my purchase, it is easy to use and does a great job. Cleans so much better than my old Whirlpool top loader and fits perfectly in the space in my kitchen.

Good Product
Good quality, i was able to connect the washing machine perfectly as the instructions were clear and direct, product is very silent with little sound while in use and doesn't shake spinning. but on the other hand what i didn't like the fact that it takes too long, yes there are options but it doesn't help now you need to turn off the machine then go to the option you want e.g. 'spin', maybe when i use it often then i will figure out some tricks, but all in all its something i can manage and best quality for my money.
