So in love with this kettle although I wish the water fill up line can be a bit easy to see I suppose only manufacturers can modify this feature.

I purchased this kettle because of load shedding - got tired of struggling with saucepans on the gas stove. My first preference was the stainless steel kettle as some reviewers have commented that the normal kettle rusts after several years. However no stock on the stainless steel kettle, so I went for the flame colour. It does sound bizarre that Creuset state the kettle must be emptied after use and one cannot leave water continuously in the kettle (to counter the potential rust problem). The kettle itself is of good quality and was well packaged.
