It's pricey but the battery lasts a whole day of playing. Mono sound - 1 Mid bass speaker setup with 1 tweeter, the radiators on the side are passive from the mid bass speaker. Good, clear sound and decent bass. The JBL PartyBoost function only works with the new range of JBL speakkers. JBL Connect and Connect+ compatible devices do not link up to this.

I recently bought the JBL Charge 5, and I'm really happy with how well it performs. My opinions about this portable Bluetooth speaker are as follows: Sound Quality: The audio quality is outstanding. The mids and highs are distinct and well-defined, and the bass is strong and deep. The audio is consistently clear and engaging whether I'm watching videos, listening to podcasts, or watching music. it does what needs to be done I would suggest getting the jbl app and use the equalizer so that you can use the speaker at its full potential
