Wow but this is sour! It definitely adds to my quality of life and helps me with my energy and focus but it is difficult to drink every morning as it is just too sour.

Great vitamin C powder

Really good. Have ordered my second lot. I use a 1/2 to 1 teaspoons in warm water on an empty stomach (in connection with 2 drops of Iodine in water at night) for gut healing purposes.
