I have acne-prone, normal skin and I wear this by itself (no primer, just face moisturiser) and I didn’t experience any breakouts. I go in with two pumps for a medium-full coverage look, also feels like nothing on the skin. It has a nice subtle glowy finish on me and I didn’t notice any particular extra hydration from the foundation but I got 12+ hours of excellent wear. The foundation has a scent but I would say it’s probably the SPF scent
