We like it very much. You have to build your own timeframe for cooking at first, but don’t give up. It is good after a while. We want to use it all the time now

Timer stops working, faulty mechanism, door gets uncleanably dirty

The timer on my model has been iffy since the beginning. It uses an old school analog timer that ticks and slowly moves the knob to zero. At this point I can't use the timer at all, as it sticks at a certain point in the minute cycle, and the audible ticking stops. It went for 30 minutes last night until I came to check, instead of 10. Did it again today. Will be requesting an exchange. I knew the timer would be the first point of breakage. I think that the knobs can't handle the heat, and are slowly deteriorating. The front of the unit is hot enough to burn you sometimes, and that's where the knobs are. It happens at 200+, but considering I'm cooking steaks, and the model supports up to 230, there's no real excuse. Also, as per other reviews here, the door has two pieces of glass sandwiched together, and steam and fat gets in there, and you can't clean it yourself. So you won't be able to see through the door inside the unit after a year of use, is my prediction.

Fabulous Air Fryer|Convection OVen etc

This is a great product. Like all new tools there are a few things one has to get used to. There is no indication that the required temperature has been reached. But when one reads carefully, it becomes clear that it takes such a short time to reach the required temperature that it's negligible. I have proved and baked dinner rolls, a vanilla cake and air fried a number of regulars - a stuffed pork fillet and schnitzels. The fact that one can use two trays at the same time means that all items are ready at the same time. It is important to know that the timer knob is also the off switch - so one needs to turn it to the left to switch the fryer off. I love my little overn!
