Best tasting tripe
This is one of the best, clean, tasty, well cooked and doesn't need any additional spices, just put it in a pan on stove for few minutes and ready to eat. Will definitely be buying it more in future.

Slow vooked lamb tripe
Nice try WW but efinitely not my idea of curry. It was only appetising after I took time to jazz it up. I tossed the potatoes - they were rubbery. On my list of things NOT to buy again..

What a lovely surprise, bought this for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed every morsel. I will certainly buy it over and over again. Tripe shrinks to almost nothing when you cook it, it needs to be cooked for a very long time and I have had varying degrees of success. I love curried tripe so I gave this product a try. From previous reviews I gather the sauce is mild (for a purpose cause not every body likes a stronger curry). I fried an onion, added a little of my own masala mix and after a few minutes, added the tripe - Fingerlicking good. I will never ever cook tripe from scratch again. It is worth every penny.
