Great training aid

Works really well for training in a small pool. The belt is soft and comfortable to wear. The cord is quite long so you may need to adjust it (I wound it around a bannister multiple times to shorten it) to suit your pool size. You can feel the cord when doing freestyle/backstroke kicks, but it's fine. Definitely worth it.
