always nice to use the tape. it last for days without giving you the problems that you experience with some other. last for more than 3 day's. you can shower with the tape without sitting with the problem, that you have to wait until it gets dry.

Finally a wider KT tape
It is wider than regular KT tape, exactly what I was looking for

Running support
I recently started training for marathons and find that this tape offer me just the right amount of support and motion. Sticks nicely and can last a few days if needed. I use it on my knees and even my feet to prevent blisters. Great product.
