Smart big toaster
This is a very neat toaster, seems to work well ( only had it a couple of days) Bigger in volume than other/older toasters. The cord is barely half metre long, so this compromises toaster position in one's kitchen. There was a SA plug on the one I received but not slot cover that was in product description..

Awesome toast every time
I have had a range of toasters and by far this has to be the ultimate one, where the toast comes out super crispy. Best purchase of an appliance in ages.

GREAT!!
Never thought I'd get excited by a toaster, but here we are. As a normal toaster, 100% no issues. It's the extra's that make it stand out, like the wide openings with grids that "clamp down" the slices keeping them centered, the ability to lift the bread a little higher than normal if you need to, the reheat function and the "croissant" grid that flip up all work flawlessly. The function that I use a lot is the defrost button. I honestly have no idea exactly what it does different, but what I do know is frozen bread toasts perfectly when you use it. A bonus is that this toaster just looks and feels premium no matter where you put it. Also, mine came with a normal SA 3 prong plug. Tip: Make sure you use it 3 or 4 times in a well ventilated area before putting bread in to get rid of the plastic smell. After that, you're good to go. If you read the manual, it does tell you to dry run it as part of the setup. Bottom line, if I need another toaster, I'll be buying this one again without hesitation.
