Flavour, colour, shape

I didn't have time to use slow cooker. So I cooked the kidney beans in a "normal" pot on the stove. Total time about an hour. Salt added in the last 10min. The beans retained the deep red colour once cooked. The flavour was not as mild as I'm used to - almost nutty. The beans had soft soft flesh without splitting or bursting. The shape was beautifully retained even when soft. Very versatile bean.

Delicious and high grade!

The beans are without damage and contain practically no foreign material. They also cook well and can be eaten with a variety of foods. Very much grade 1, as stated in the packaging.
