I’ve been using this electrolyte mix every month for a while now, and it’s become a staple in my routine. I always go for the Blood Orange flavour – it’s hands down my favourite. I use it daily during training, especially since I sweat a lot, and it really helps me stay hydrated and feel balanced throughout my workouts. It tastes great, isn’t overly sweet, and does exactly what I need it to. Highly recommend if you’re active and looking for a reliable electrolyte boost.

A Very Good Hydration Product

As zero sugar supplements go, this tastes good. I often train twice a day with morning cardio ranging from between 60 to 90 minutes and then evening weight training. I was beginning to struggle with gut and hydration issues with the high training volume. This supplement fixed my issues proving its value as an excellent hydration supplement. I can now keep up with my high volume of cardio and strength training using this supplement. 5 stars.

These electrolytes are great all-round. Taste, dosage, and supply - all 10/10. The flavour is great - not too sweet. The dosage of electrolytes is higher than most other brands. The servings will last a month - they don’t claim 30 servings and give you 25. Value for money, I would say these are the best electrolytes on the market in SA. I have every flavour, and I cannot complain.
