Best in the market!
So it also did the shaking but I called Hisense, you need to remove the 4 bolts at the back and put the 4 plastic ones they gave you , and adjust the feet if they are not level and it will work like magic. Also just choose the type of clothing and press start it does not take 3 hours. It washes amazing 👏 but Macro Online service I dont recommend maybe go to the store.

Useless product: Don't waste your time and money.
This machine shakes incredibly and makes a huge noise bouncing around in my bathroom . It jumps around with such force that the plugs and pipes are pulled to the points where they get disconnected. Very dangerous and useless product.
