Good product... go for it!

The directly opposing reviews were very puzzling, but I weighed the pros and cons and ordered the Defy DAW 384, 7kg, front loader on Sunday, 10/3. The truthful results are: delivered by Tuesday 12/3; installed and used on Tuesday evening; running smoothly and quietly and resulting in a good quality wash. So... those who doubt... remove the 4 bolts, remove the Styrofoam at the bottom and adjust the front feet to let the machine stand level... and it's all good after that. That was my real experience last night after reading the perplexing reviews and hoping all will work out well in spite of some downright negative reviews.

Disappointed

The manual did not have all the full instructions as a result the house was flooded as the machine was vibrating and jumping all over the kitchen as a result the machine is full of scratches. I had to read online and discovered how to remote transit bolts. I am disappointed
