Inferior machine
The only reason I purchased this machine was because it was advertised as 1400 rpm. However you cannot select 1400 rpm on a daily wash. The highest is 1000 rpm.This is an average machine as it does not spin dry your clothes properly. Clothes come out smelly and wet even if you use extra washing powder and sta soft. Please note, that Makro's 14 day policy does not include a refund if you used the machine and find that it does not work as expected, they will refer you to Samsung as a service will be required on a new machine. My current Samsung washer/dryer allows me to select upto 1200 rpm on any wash cycle, so basically this is a complete down grade to an inferior machine. Also note the door cover is plastic and filmsy and opens by pulling the door open. This is not worth the money spent.

Waste of money!
I wish I could attach the Video. Delivered on time. Yesterday afternoon this morning I put in my 1st load Iyooo This machine is jumping almost damaged my kitchen unit luckily I was home to switch it off
