Machine is silent for the most part, clothes are clean after the wash and i love the capacity. I just don't understand a wash cycle of 4 hrs but maybe that's standard. My previous machine purchased in 2013 did not have such long cycles. I also feel this machine is water and energy efficient if I compare my usage currently. I love the 'bonus' feature of being able to remote start the machine and monitor how far it is with the cycle - great for those of us who prefer for helpers to not operate it for risk of unintentional damage. They can load it up and i remote start even if not home.
